    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Learn and become knowledgeable about our products, department processes, functionalities and requirements
    • Research, understand and apply decision-making ability when handling customer inquiries
    • Handle multiple priorities with attention to detail such as responding to customer calls, reviewing accounts, and completing transactions
    • Based on authority level, make sound financial decisions on behalf of the company
    • Understand and interpret data to drive efficiencies
    • Work both independently and within a team environment




    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Superior organizational and time management skills with ‘catch everything’ detail
    • Possess strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional communication skills with grace under pressure and right-now responsiveness
    • Must be customer focused with the ability to maintain a good phone presence and exercise good judgment
    • Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

    Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office products, including Excel
