    • Take ownership of various functions as they relate to collections, payment processing, and cash receipts.
    • Investigate, research, and resolve system processing issues and daily reconciling issues.
    • Monitor vendor performance and regulatory compliance through reporting.
    • Approach daily tasks with an analytical mindset to recommend and implement effective solutions.
    • Complete user acceptance testing for varies processes.
    • Work closely with the rest of the Finance team to assist with needs as they arise.
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent collection and/or accounting experience.
    • Superior organizational skills with ‘catch everything’ detail.
    • Exceptional communication skills with grace under pressure and right-now responsiveness.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Proficiency with excel.
    • Must be customer focused with the ability to maintain a good phone presence and exercise good judgment.
    • Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Possess great organization and time management skills.
